Our Policy
FEDORA’s role in relation to proposals to build on Green/Grey Belt in Oxshott is to provide facts and information and take a lead on strategic issues of importance to the whole community. FEDORA provides support to local residents who wish and can commit resources to organise local opposition to specific proposals but does not itself take the lead in opposing all aspects of proposed development.
You can read our full policy statement here.
The first application to date is for a site named The Paddocks at Polyapes, Stoke D’Abernon – see https://thepaddocks-stokedabernon.co.uk/ .
