Become a Member
As FEDORA is a not-for-profit organisation, our only sources of funding are membership fees, donations and advertising fees from our twice-yearly magazine. All funds are used for the benefit of the village and with greater membership numbers, we can show we are truly representing the views of Oxshott residents, as for example when in discussion with third parties such as Elmbridge BC, Surrey CC and Surrey Highways etc.
As a member you can influence how FEDORA is run and what it does.
Only members can:
- Vote at General Meetings
- Elect directors by voting at the Annual General Meeting
- Nominate new Directors
Membership of FEDORA costs only £10.00 per annum. Many people add a donation as well. Any contribution will be gratefully received and will help with our work. You can join at any time during the year. Your subscriptions will be for a calendar year and is renewable on 1st January every year.
To join FEDORA just complete our Membership form via the form below. Payments can be made by Standing Order, Bank Transfer or Cheque.

By completing this form you are applying for membership of “FEDORA – The Voice for Oxshott CIC“, registration number 13057190 and agree to be bound by the Company’s Articles of Association (which are available here), and therefore agree to contribute £1.00 to the Company’s assets in the unlikely event that the Company should be wound-up while you are a Member or within one year after you cease to be a Member.
